See you at LREF?
12 06 2017
We are looking forward to London Real Estate Forum 2017 (LREF) which is happening this week at Berkeley Square. This year we will be presenting the plans for Alpha Square, set in the South Quay Opportunity Area, and The Market Building, planned for Canary Wharf’s new Wood Wharf district. Fred Pilbrow will also share his vision on the Albert Embankment scheme as part of a panel discussion on The South Bank.
Alpha Square, which is set at the heart of one of London’s most dynamic new quarters: South Quays. The proposals offer a new vision for highrise, high density urban living based on an integrated vertical community with strong links to context. The scheme proposes a rich mix of uses meeting local needs for education, housing, health and employment. View the model on display and join the presentation in the Central London Exhibition Hall on Wednesday 14th June at 2.45PM.
The Market Building forms the centrepiece of Canary Wharf’s new Wood Wharf district. The 14-storey building accommodates a rich mix of uses: collaborative workspace at the heart of the building is set between a grand public retail market at its base and a new skybar and restaurant at its top. Join the presentation in the Central London Exhibition Hall on Wednesday 14th June at 3.45PM.
Fred will be on a panel about The South Bank, providing an outline on the urban masterplan for U+I and the London Fire Brigade at 8 Albert Embankment, providing a new fire station and Fire Services Museum at the heart of a mixed use urban quarter with residential, hotel, workspace and galleries framing a revitalised public realm. Attend the session on Wednesday 14th June, 4.30PM in seminar room 3.
Hope to see you there!
