We believe that BIM (Building Information Modelling) is extremely beneficial to our clients, consultants, contractors and our supply chain.

We adopted BIM methodologies from the outset in 2013 as part of our process and our progressive approach to collaborative technologies have seen us become recognised for 3D project delivery and parametric design.

Our clients understand that the adoption of BIM has many benefits to the entire project team in developing sophisticated design and construction solutions more efficiently, whilst providing enhanced cost, sustainability, and asset management outcomes. Through BIM we are able to deliver enhanced and more integrated architectural solutions within increasingly shorter time periods, with less risk, and far greater cost certainty.

We are currently delivering 520 new homes across two sites for Knight Dragon in Greenwich Peninsula as a tangible demonstration that our approach to BIM is working. Pilbrow and Partners are fully committed to delivering current and future projects to the highest BIM standards.

We are aware that the governments Level 2 BIM 2016 deadline is fast approaching and recognise that many of our clients and supply chain are struggling with the transition to BIM. Pilbrow and Partners offer BIM consultancy services to assist this transition process which range from the creation of Employers Information Requirements (EIR) to information management and clash detection.
